All season non runflat tires with fix kit? Or dedicated winter set?

Just placed an order for a MG 335i M Sport with 403M 19" wheels. I'm in northern NJ, so we typically get some snow every year. Wondering if I should get a set of non-runflat all season tires with a tire fix kit, or if I should get dedicated winter set of tires. The thing is, the dedicated snows seems like overkill for me because this isn't a car I drive daily (mostly a weekend joyride). Advice welcome. Thanks and I'm happy to join this forum.
