it was talking about the oil coolers and some other stuff. and how if you wanted one put in you would have to pay for it

I read it as well. My take is that they probably "feel" the oil cooler isn't up to snuff based upon information that came out shortly before going to press.

Imagine how much $$ Dinan could make if they built a bigger oil cooler!!!!

God only knows where the'd put it.
