thoughts on a purchase

looking at a 2007 335i E93
67k one owner.

pretty much fully loaded.
dakota leather
sport package
idrive, logic7
comes with the wind blocker

the only thing im not sure on is comfort access, The car is going in for a PPI at a bmw dealer before purchase so I will find out then.

dealer is aking 26,995. any thoughts they said they are a bit flexible. I was going to start at 25,500?
PPI should tell me what services have been done and whats coming up.
looks like brake pads were done in march of 2011.

Not a CPO and a 2007... I would say this car is worth maybe 22k. I bought my 2009 LCI sedan loaded for what they are asking...

they are asking way too much, I just got an e92 fully loaded minus comfort and I drive for less then they are asking and it had 31k miles

i was just basing price off of nada value.
so i should go in offer less?

they are offering about 1000 less on my trade than I want but they can take price off car or offer more for trade either way.

are you financing. Or do you have cash. Just be prepared when you go in there if you have a certain budget that is reasonable they can come up on the trade. Dont forget you can always walk away from it.

i am financing. but i have quite a bit of equity in my car. I am buying this long distance.
they are right where i was planning on getting for my trade but we havent talked price on their car. They said they are flexible on the BMW. i would be on my planned budget at 26k but i would like to do as good as i can. no need to overpay.
i think I'll have to wait and see what the PPI says. if there is any upcoming maintainence that the car needs that will have to factor into price.

so maybe i should go in and really lowball on price of their car? 24k?
thats like 3k off asking price?

thanks for the replies.
