Paint chip on the shark fin

Is it unusual to get paint chips on the shark fin? I just realized I got a paint chip on the right side. I'm probably the only one.

It looks like the shark fin got bit by another fish.

just get some touch up paint from dealer, and touch it up nicely. honestly who is going to be looking at your roof that close to see a touched up chip. lol

Somehow your shark fin was mistaken for a flux capacitor and someone tried to open it. Upon discovering it wasn't a flux capacitor they quickly ran off into the night...

I didn't really look at the roof closely. But from what I see so far, I don't think so.

Flux capacitor! LOL

Maybe a Tiburon tried to backdoor your car when you were parked somewhere and it was using the sharkfin as a grip I'm just trying to help you find a plausible explanation.

i don't think they're too expensive to buy OEM. If it is, you could always touch it up.

flux capacity lol. that was awesome

you should be glad that you only have a rock chip in your shark fin

I think I got keyed

however my friend found a plausible explanation, probably was at the at the dealer in the automatic car wash when I took my car to service.

I try to use touch up paint but it did not work I have to repair it

There was a Tiburon parked near my car. Kept inching forward everytime I looked away.

things like that would tick me of... it's not a big thing at all.. But things like that, make me think about it and look at it everytimes i get in or out of my car!... Touch up paint from BMW can help. Also ask a well known body shop how much they would charge you to put the touch up paint and make it blend nicely... OF course that is way overboard, but hey if your like me, i would like to know my options... If it's 40 bucks... i'll get that shit done as long as i feel comfortable with. But if it doesn't bother you that much, then touch up pain and that's it.
