Reporting dangerous driving?

There was a thread a few months ago about reporting dangerous driving/ or street racing etc...

Can someone send me the link please....

Need to report that facking retarded cant, driving his stupid black Ford registration EF12 LGE...

who drove above the speed limit, didn't indicate and was switching lanes like his mum's pu$$y was on fire....

Driving above the speed limit hardly constitutes as dangerous driving and I think they have started removing indicators from cars recently so his Focus may not have them.

well, it is dangerous when you're approaching a residential area and switching lanes like a d1ckhead...and pulling in front of other cars...

but i agree, driving above the speed limit is not dangerous driving....

there is a place, time and condition for a "spirited" drive...and certainly, thats not when there are lots of other cars around you and the speed limit is 30mph...
