Saturday my service light goes on. Red car on a lift symbol. BRAKE also. Manual said "pads" seek service. 9500 miles and I don't beat my brakes. I think the pads are all on my wheels. So I get to the service line at 6:45am second in line. By the time the doors open there are about 12 cars behind me. "Good morning who was your appointment with?" "Appointment?" He said I could not get in because of the line of cars. I see my CA and he comes over. He basically said it was a bad time. He went back inside, came back out with his clipboard and got me in. Not only did I get in but he put me into an AW/Beige X3 3.0si within 5 minutes. I may even get my car back today. This level of service, luck maybe, is worth the pains I have experienced with bad O2 sensors a few months ago. Hats off to Dave!
