PROCEDE Forum

Why don't we just call this the "PROCEDE Forum" instead of "General Forced Induction and 335i Engine Talk"? No one is talking about anything in here except for PROCEDE.

Are you complaining because it is difficult to find certain non-Procede topics?

I kind of agree with you. There is a bunch of Procede threads, but not every one. The topic has just come up a lot lately.
People post new threads instead of sending PMs to the vishnu guys.

If this is the new Procede form I would like to post a question to Shiv!

V.2 Sounds like a great product improvment! I have been following the threads on PROcede and shall most likely purchase one. First need to have my E92 released from customs hold after ED!!!
My question is about valet switching. I shall allow my 18 year to old drive it when on leave from the Air Force Academy, and on other occasions it would be a GREAT convience to have a simple (hidden) valet switch. Think that it would be a great sell point!
Any chance that this is in the works.

I think that its helpful sometimes when questions are posted on the forum instead of through a PM though since it helps others that might have been wondering the same thing.

There are so many procede threads on here because the most number of 335 owners either bought that piggyback or are at least considering purchasing it. Plus with V2.0 in the works, its on a lot of people's minds.

That's pretty much exactly what I was asking for. The tuning company APR makes it for the VW/Audi cars, and you don't even need a manual switch. You can change things via the cruise control stalk! To valet, stock, chipped, race gas, etc.

Follow the link in my thread if you're interested:

yeah i don't understand why people have a hard time searching...everything i have ever tried to find using the search button i have found without a problem..i don't understand why people have a hard time.

one question i do have is how come a procede is supposed to take the 1/4 down to 12.5 and i don't think i have seen one even close to that...are people driving that bad or will we have to wait for v.2 to make that achievement possible with the procede and exhaust?

I thought Max Boost ran 12.6xxsec. with his PROcede 335i and DRs.

Hell there are only 13 out of 36 threads that have the word PROcede in them.

I think any thread that pertains to a BMW is justified we are all here to learn, discuss, and mod our cars, most importantly help each other out...
When you post a concern, question or whatever its nice to have a few peeps give their thoughts on the topic..

Using tags (keywords) would allow easier filtering. Much better than search, but to be effective would require OP to always add appropriate tags. However, vBulletin doesn't seem to support it.

Currently we have a hype around the PROcede. IMO it has to do with that here are a lot of customers around and v2 is in the testing phase. It will get better again when the competition shows what they are working on. BTW, a piggyback or ECU flash is directly related to FI.
