buying suggestions
I posted a similar post in the pricing section but it looks like I'll be purchasing a 2009 335i with xdrive this weekend. I Just wanted to know if there is anything I should be on the lookout for and is this a fair price for the car. I'll post a link to the car I'll be buying below. Any help would be much appreciated. I look forward to contributing to forum!

Just a tad bit high. I would try to get them down about 2k. I'm not a fan of silver metallic, it just doesn't compliment the car IMO. Try getting black or white.

not bad, try to get them down close to $30k.
look into the extended maintenance package as well ( 2yr 50k miles (up to 100k)). you should have the current one till 2013 (depending on what month the car was purchased). weigh out your mileage per year and see if you would benefit with the extended maintenance package. if you drive less than 10k a year i would be skeptical. Don't let them sell you what you get towards the 100k mark, you may never reach that in 2 years (2015, two years after the original ends) with 30,000 miles. all depending on how much you drive. speaking from experience..

It comes with a CPO, so that's good (although, you should be aware that BMW's CPO is sort of a joke since it doesn't cover the most common problems, i.e. the distorted stereo display). The price sounds about right, you might be able to talk them down a little, but you might not be able to get much off given the warranty and low mileage. As for the color, I like silver, but prefer space gray. Space Gray seems to show off the character line of the e92 a bit better than silver or any other color for that matter.
