Fastest Quarter Mile in the 335i?
I am wondering who has the sickest and fastest 335i on this forum. I know many of you have the Procede that runs like high 12's, low 13s i believe. Also who has the most wheel hp. POST DYNOS and timings.

It's hard to say who has the fastest 335i right now.
You can't look at 1/4 mile times from different tracks since conditions of every track varies. A fast track like ATCO someone could run a 12.0 flat, but take that exact same car to a really slow track like LACR and they might only be able to do a 12.8 run. Really it comes down to power. You can pretty much figure that the person with the most power in their 335i will have the fastest car. But then you enter into another quandry....since dynos vary too it's hard to say who has the most power. For the most part if you compare one kind of dyno, say a Dynojet, to another Dynojet it will be relatively close. But how it's set up and the weather conditions play a big role. Someone who put down 370 rwhp on a Dynojet when it was 90 degrees outside and 80% hunidity, might not sound like his car is as powerful as someone else who put down 390 rwhp, but if the guy with 390 rwhp did it on a nice cool 50 degree day with 20% hunidity, he may actually not be putting down anymore than the guy who put down 370 in the heat and humidity. I'd say Shiv with his v2.0 PROcede, exhaust, and LSD may very well have the quickest 335i around right now. On a fast track like ATCO, his car would probably pull low to mid 12's @ 112-113 mph |
