CIC screen upgrade

I want to change a 10 inch CIC moniter.
Does anyone know how to do it.
I knew some dealers sell the kit,
but normally these kits are used.
I want to get the new one.
Any ideas are welcome.

I'm looking for coding instructions for this swap, I have the small CIC screen on my 2012 F10 and I bought the 10.25" screen.

Did you get any luck with your swap?
