So 3 months ago i bought a 2006 325i with 54k miles for 17800
i added the warranty for around 3400 and when it was all said and done i owe 21,000 right now. i want to trade this in toward a 335i for 22,900 can i cancel my warranty. Do you guys think this would be a good move or should i just keep the 325.

You can cancel your warranty and get a prorated amount back.

Sell private, the dealer will always low-ball you. Also a 335i for $22k is probably a high milage car so make sure it has a warranty on it. Honestly though why would you buy a 325 when you where pretty much set on a 335. You should have waited the 3 months and saved up some more cash because no matter which way you spin it now you're going to lose some money.

The 335 has 46k on it. And it Wasnt price just wasnt thinking about it untill my friend took me for a drive in his.
