Maaco, Training Fee

hey guys im almost about to seal the deal on a 335ix i got it 500 over invoice but they want to charge me an extra $480 for maaco and training fee making it $980 over invoice. Do i need to pay this fee? i searched and there were mixed answers. Also what is this acquisition fee? some dealers didnt have it and this one happened to have it. Im leasing my car from Life Quality BMW, my CA is Andy Tse
