How to remove these swirls (pic inside)

So I washed my car today and noticed an etch mark. I grab my 3M rubbing compound that I've used so many times before on etch marks and scratches and somehow managed to cause this swirl/scratch it must of been from something I was dragging as I was trying to remove it. You have to look closely it's in a circular motion (about 4 circles).

I swear I hate 3M rc it's so weak never gets anything off and now I have this etch mark AND these marks.

Any way to get this off? I don't have an orbital polisher or anything. Would have to be by hand.

If it had to be done by hand try something that's less aggressive than a rubbing compound so it finishes down nicer.

If you want something that's easy to find and can be picked up anywhere maybe try scratchX and see if it clears it up. Hit the area with the compound and then try cleaning it up with the scratchx.

I had my car detailed at Detailers Domain a little over a month ago. Every car has swirls I'm just dealing with a particularly annoying one I did by mistake.
