Xenon low beam headlight is not working, but all bulbs are fine

Currently having an issue with the passenger side xenon low beam light. Thought it was the bulb, but it came on/off randomly. I switched the bulb and it still not lighting up. AE and all other lights are working fine.

Any advice?

Not sure but maybe the ballast. But not sure if a bad ballast would allow the AE to work still.

Is there any other way to fix this problem about to bulb not going on as soon as you turn them on? I'm tired of turning the car on and off until they decide to go on!

Had a similar problem with my HID fogs. Changed the bulb then the ballast and it still wouldn't work. Turned out to be the spade in the connector was slightly pushed back.
