which spacers based on the photo?

I am thinking about getting spacers for my car. Based on the photos which spacers do you think I should get? I'm thinking 18mm in back and 12mm in front. I measured the distance from the edge of tires to fender and to me it seems alot more than 18mm in rear and 12mm in front but I believe 18mm is the biggest we can go in the rear correct? Also with spacers will there be any negative impact in driving? Noise? Driving? etc? I also heard it isn't good to only have spacers in the rear? Is this true? Anyone have only spacers in the rear without any issues? Thanks in advance.

What are the specs on the rims/tires?

also need to know your current offset? any fender mods (rolled,pulled)?

I'm not sure about the rim offsets. No rolled fenders.
