Help: High pitch squeak at low speeds

I have a high pitch squeak at from a rear wheel wheel that doesnt seem to be related to the brakes. Can anyone help?

one time i had a rock stuck underneath the pad and it squealed like crazy. so i just drove slow then fast and stomped on the brake which helped and it went away. It was loud even with the windows up. Attracted a lot of unwanted attention
