Performance Brakes on 328i LCI

Not Brembo or Stoptech, but a nice and more affordable upgrade versus stock. But BMW says that only the front kit works on my car. What is the deal-breaker for the rear brake kit (2 piston)? Mounting points changed with LCI?

I've heard that there's a kit which adapts Perf Brakes to the E46? Something similar for our cars?
