Hey guys - Saw this is available. I haven't thought much about trading in my car, but this is a perfect combo IMO:

2009 Coupe
19,XXX Miles
CPO
Le Mans Blue/Saddle Brown
6MT, Premium, M Sport, Heated seats, Navi, Ipod

Dealer wants $39,999

What do you guys think?

perfect combo, but that asking price is VERY steep.

I have an 09 lemans msport with 7500 miles I can sell for less than that.

Yeah. I just did a KBB and it said like $37ishK including CPO. I just love the combo, but I won't overpay. Its so damn hard to find a 6MT 335i around here, especially M Sport!

I hear ya... Even KBB prices are inflated to some degree. It's worth what you think it is and also depends on what you can afford. I've seen brand new 2011 cars sell in the low 40k's. Doesn't hurt to start negotiating though... just know your limits.

20 6MT 335i's in a 300 mile radius of me and only two are M Sport (including this one). I'm going to test drive late next week. I'll what numbers they come up with. After researching the price a little more I would need them to go down a couple K to make this a decent deal.

they can ask for a million dollars doesn't mean it's worth that much or that they wont except anything lower. start low at 33k and go from there

Good advice. I'm driving it tonight - I think. The high price does scare me. Its over an hour drive so I really don't feel like wasting my time if they don't want to negotiate. Also, another part of me thinks "why not wait for the 335is models to start hitting the CPO/used market"...I dunno, but $33k would be a good starting point.

I got my montego 09 e92 335xi 6MT with 12k miles for 33k. No M Sport, no Nav, No leather. Basically just the engine, MT and steering wheel. I'm not disappointed.

I hear ya. I guess I'm spoiled after driving a loaded 335i for the last few years.

Most people said I got ripped off and that it wasnt worth it all when I posted it on the forum. I think if you can get yours in the mid to low 30's you will be ok. I was looking for a white on red 335i coupe with navi and 6spd, I happened to find one with all my first options and had m sport I knew it was for me and pulled the trigger that day and have not looked back. It was well worth the 6 month wait couldnt be happier. I know what you mean manual cars are tough to find let alone ones with navigation and m sport pkg, plus that color combo damn man thats a nice looking car.

I think it depends on how much the dealer really wants to sell the car.

I bought my 09 335i coupe, Alpine white, 12,5** miles, Automatic, M package, Comfort access, navi, logic7, 193m rims, and with Dinan stage II software. Asking price was $40k. I was able to get it for $37k with taxes and title.

The car is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Not by a grand or two, but by a lot!
I just got an 11 335is with equal equipment (LMB), 16k miles, DCT, CPO'd for a tad (5%) over that asking price...

KBB is not reliable source either.

$34k, max $35k since it comes from a dealer...

Got my 09 335i coupe heated seats, nav, 6spd, msport, premium pkg,logic7, alpine white/coral red with CPO for 34k with tax title tag etc. the car had 39k miles. Most people thought I overpaid when I posted about it. I may have but in the end I am satisfied with the car and was waiting for over 5 months for that kind of car....
