Anyone have info on ordering a BMW Motorcycle?
Hey guys, wrong section, I know but I couldn't find any motorcycles forums run by Bimmerpost. I'm a 3 series guy so I figured maybe someone here could help.
I'd like to buy a 2012 BMW K1600 GTL for my dad and I can't seem to find any info to help with the process like we have on here for ordering a 3 series. When I got my 3, I found invoice pricing on this board and crafted an offer and faxed it around to all the different BMW dealers in the area seeking one to accept my offer and it worked. I know nothing about ordering a BMW motorcycle though and I'm wondering if it works the same. Does anyone have any invoice pricing info on the K1600 GTL or know what the ordering options are (can you do euro or PC delivery), etc. etc. Just trying to get as much information as possible so I can get the best price. On BMW's website, a price of $326/month with zero down is shown for using the 3asy Ride financing that BMW offers. Yet, I called up a dealership and they told me $550/month. WTF?!? It's a $26K bike and with 3asy Ride financing, only half of it is financed with a big balloon at the end of the 48 months so it's only $13K being financed. Based on the 5.39% APR, it SHOULD be about $385/month with tax, title, everything and no down. Can anyone help me? |
