Question Bilstein B4 w/ Sport springs quesion

Those of you that have used this combo, perhaps you can answer this question. Do Bilstein B4 shocks that are specified for cars with sport suspension actually fit with Sport springs?

The reason I am asking is that after a few days of reading different threads, I see a couple of people saying that Bilstein B4 sport (OE) looked too short to actually work with sport springs (they ran them with Eibach). I am trying to find a mint pair of stock sport shocks, but Bilsteins are my backup plan so I'd just like to know that they actually fit.

If you look on tirerack you will see that there are 2 different model B4, depending if you have sport or non-sport stock suspension.
