Resale Extended Warranty Question

My E90 335 08' is coming off warranty in the next few weeks and I'm considering selling it. My question is if I buy a BMW extended warranty how much might that help my resale value if I decide to sell it?

FYI the car is loaded 25,000 miles, Alpine White, Lemon leather.

IMO it will help but I dont think you could get more then blue book for it.

It will help if they are looking at something that has no warranty, they would go with yours instead of the other.

its the equivalent of a CPO car straight from BMW.
