Hello, looking at an '11 328i sedan, 10k miles, premium, value, nav, heated seats.

it is NON-cpo. It's listed for 31,998. My budget is probably more like 28, think that might fly?

also, should I worried that this isn't CPO? I emailed briefly with a salesperson (no talk of price besides he said there is some room) and i'll be talking to him tomorrow (last day of the month) to try to get out with it. I'm worried about offering too low because i've been rejected with no counter once now. Offered 28 for an 09 535 CPO listed at 31,998. I expected to get rejected, but not without a counter.
