changing CDV, shop or DIY

just wanted to see if anyone know a reputable shop for this mod, I have got the BMS CDV on hand. or should I just DIY (but I am too lazy to do it)

I recently got a quote from a shop, first reaction was "WTF". I don't want to name the shop here but here's the quote detail.
1.5 hours of labour .. i have done my research before getting the quote and many people say is approx. 30min job.
then clutch bleeding charge..really? maybe is just 3 presses on the clutch pedal..
then fluid (1L) ..do i really need 1L of fluid just for changing CDV? lol

so a total cost of $160.

thanks for reading
