Sleeping on it, give me your input!

Hey Guys,

I was about to pull the trigger today on a BMW but I decided to sleep on it.

It is a 1 owner 2009 Alpine White 328i Sedan with 44k miles. Has Chestnut interior with dark woodgrain. It also has Navigation, Sport Package, Premium Package, etc. Pretty much fully loaded with sunroof, the real leather seats with lumbar support, hi def radio, the BMW M suspension, idrive, etc...

The only thing it doesn't have is the cold weather package, or HID headlights.

The car is super clean, I can't find anything wrong with it.

It is a BMW Certified used car, BMW is offering a 100k mile extended warranty, it has brand new tires and brakes, and full service warranty.

They are also throwing in an extra key, brand new floormats, free tanks of gas and a car cover.

The car was listed at 31k , and they wouldn't budge below $29,000. At a 3.9% interest rate, 4k down, 60 month term the payments are about 510 a month. What do you guys think, is 29k a fair price?

Garage List
You can get a 335i for that price.
I would say no.

I'm by no means an expert, but that price does seem a little high, even with all those options and extras. I just picked up a nicely loaded CPO '09 335i w/ 36k miles for $32k.

And how come you are not getting the special CPO APR financing? I belive the current promotion is 1.9%@60 months.
