Need help with cp
So I had a boost leak and I traced it back to the rubber bend that connects to the IC. I got a new one but I can't seem to disconnect the 2 pieces of the charge pipe. They are connected not by a clamp but by a metal band. Any ideas on how to get that off.

It is scored somewhere on it so that it can be broken and pryed loose with pliers or something flat. You will have to break it off and replace it with a new adjustable clamp during reinstallation.

i found the scoring on it, but I can't get anything under it to pry it even a bit. I don't have any power tools here, How do you think I can break it with out cracking the plastic cp under it.

I think that when I installed my CP I used a flathead screwdriver to get up under the scoring and break it, then bent it off with pliers afterwards. You'll probably damage the rubber elbow a little but it shouldn't puncture and you are replacing anyway. I hope this works, good luck!
