2F12 Code - any correlation to JB4?

I've been getting a 2F12 code ever since I re-installed my JB4, related to "air conditioning compressor, input signal." I cleared the code, and it keeps coming back. Is this something related to the JB4 or wiring? I'm pretty sure I re-connected everything correctly, and there are no other codes. Any idea what I may have done wrong or is it a pure coincidence. I have to remove the JB4 anyway to take the car for CPO issues and don't want to take it in until I'm sure it's not related to any alterations I may have made.

Have had a DCI for ~30K mi and catless dp's for 20K mi and haven't seen the code before. Thanks (and sorry if this is the wrong forum to post)

E-mail Terry and ask, but I'd say that doesn't sound like a JB4 issue.
