Model Year '13 Excel Configurator for 328i
I got tired of waiting for BMWconfig to be updated with F30 2013 data and calculating manually off of the pricing guide was cumbersome so I made this basic Excel config tool to help compare configurations (file attached). You can compare 4 different configurations, but take note that I only used 328i info (ED, US, Diplomatic), and I didn't make "rules" to prevent you from making impossible configurations; you will have to be aware of the combination restrictions on your own. (ie, coral red leather only available on Sport and M Sport, etc.) Hope this is helpful for some of you. Don't rely exclusively on the pricing here, double check with the pricing guide if you plan to use any of this in a negotiation.

Where are you picking that up? Just double checked on the pricing guide:
'13 base prices: US Entry 36,500, ED 33,995, and Diplomatic US 34,675. Also ran through all of the options/packages, prices appear to be correct with '13 pricing guide. |

Thanks, very helpful. I see your are using 8% discount to get the invoice and 9% for options and packages. Is this common knowledge or your estimates?
I was not even aware that the BMWconfig prices had not been updated. Thanks for sharing. |

The 8% and 9% discounts, rounded to the nearest five dollars were posted in another thread and it seemed to hold up when I compared to the 2012 invoice pricing for base and options on BMWconfig, which I have also read is not quite perfect in some cases.
