I was minding my own business driving home and this younger guy pulls up in his Z06, revving his engine and all, and im thinking to myself of course your faster punk, anyway i thought id get my doors blown away but, Right before my house theres a 4 lanes highway thats about a 2miles long, i see him go around a car and im watching him in my rear view, he tries to do a ricer fly by, being young and dumb too i nail it into 3rd doing about 70MPH, and we accelerate to 120-125 i could not believe that we literally went neck to neck, 3rd gear and all the way through 4th gear. I rolled up next to him at the light and i go are u stock? he says no its pro-charged, im like really, i just have a piggyback JB+ tune w/ DCI. anyway its amazing how fast the 335i really is and i cant image how fast its going to be once i put my DP and Jb4 in.

I'm pretty sure a pro charged z06 would make like 600 at the wheels and be lighter.

I can't beat my friends 2010 camaro or my other friends 2001 camaro. Both all motor, let alone pro charged

but u never know what his driving skills are. when i used to have my e46 m3 (i know its not that fast) but i used to think i was bad ass with the car but wasnt into that much racing back then. anyhow i raced this civic and other such cars and they would all keep up or sometimes beat me but i finally realized i could do 3rd gear pulls instead of 4th

so the point being maybe he just got that car and thinks hes some bad ass but doing like 6th gear pulls against you...if that was the case you would probably be sad that he kept up in 6th gear =).

True that, driver is everything. But I mean how hard is it to out it in 3rd and go with 600 and the wheels... Like OP said, some kid. Lol

well the reason i used to do 4th gear pulls was that i was scared that 3rd would be too high in the rpm range...just inexperienced thats all.

but ive come far along since then and i love doing 3rd gear pulls lol.

or maybe he just wanted to have fun and thought he could be him in 6th =).

My uncles stock c5 z06 is faster than my car, i dont know how your car could hang with a procharged z06....

a procharged z06 runs mid 10s to high 10s all day in the quarter.

You would need fbo plus tune plus probably meth to pull on a STOCK c5 z06. I'm calling bs. It was probably a fixed roof coupe c5, not a z06

Forgot to mention that he was in 4th Gear he said, and i was in third, but still after i shifted from 3rd to 4th we were still even he didnt even pull, Honestly i donno i couldnt believe it. and it was clearly a Z06 for sure.

Take it as you will. But via some googling a procharged c5 puts down mid 500's on the ground in a light car. RB turbo FBO would be lucky to hang.

well like i said bro, we rolled up to eachother at the next light, and he was clearly racing me and said that he was in 4th gear, he could have been lieing about his Pro charge, but that thing was loud as hell. so idk...

Most Procharged C5 vettes have about 500WHP but can make more or less depending on their setups. They usually trap well over 120+
