Waste gate rattle

OK,
I have read few of the fixes that are recommended for this problem.
I have also read that dealerships under warranty replace turbos but the problem still happens.

My question is:
What needs to be done not to end up with a waste gate rattle?

RB turbos or Vishnu single turbo

how hard is the labor?? how expensive the labor would be to do this??
