VP fuels M1. It's $35 per 5 gallon pale at my local motorcycle/dirtbike/ATV store.
50/50 by weight.

Depends. If you can find a local wholeseller buy it in bulk and mix yourself (by weight). Check out local race, karting, and boat shops. If not, Boost Juice 49/51 can be bought off of Summit Racing, it's espensive but sometimes your only option.

I know some guys who run methanol in their sprint cars so they have 55 gallon drums laying around.

Here's some info on mixing:

50% for 1 gallon = 56 oz distilled water/72 oz methanol

60% for 1 gallon = 46 oz distilled water/82 oz methanol

70% for 1 gallon = 32 oz distilled water/96 oz methanol

80% for 1 gallon = 22 oz distilled water/106 oz methanol

90% for 1 gallon = 10 oz distilled water/118 oz methanol
