Detailing with TouchUp Paint - Specifics?

Sup guys,

Just bought some touchup paint from the dealer today. Comes with two bottles, one basecoat & other is clear lacquer.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on on how to apply step by step? Also, are any additional supplies needed? (i.e. different brushes, cloths, hairdryer.)

I just have to cover up a few scratches on my rear bumper, some asshole rear ended me a bit and left while I was parked.

Thanks.

Something the dealer told me about the BMW paint, don't keep it in the car or anywhere it is going to get too hot. He told me the heat can cause the paint to change. Not sure if this is even possible but just in case it does. Thanks for the link. George over at Detailed Image gave me a quick talk through on how to do it also.
