Is this a good lease deal?

My dealer is offering me a M6 Convertible at MSRP (I hate paying retail!)

The lease term is 30 months, 59% residual, and the MF is .00195. I am planning on doing ED, which I hear may boost the MF somewhat. I'm a lease newbie... Can anyone tell me if I am getting a decent deal?

If you are talking about MSRP for a 2012 M6 vert, then yes, it is a good deal. You would be lucky to find a deal on the just releasing new M6 as there are going to be very few available for the next 6 months.

This is a VERY good lease deal for F12 M6. I did a rough calculation based on your numbers (assuming you'll do ED) - less than $1,500/month with zero down. If I were you, I would sign the paper first to secure a slot for those very few coming F12/F13 M6's.
