Thanks, the dealers don't seem to come down and i somehow don't see a value beyond 31k. Looking at these stubborn dealers and so few choices for 335 I am now half minded to go for a fully loaded 328 - 2010 may be and benefit on resale value.

Yeah, thanks for responding back here. Had another question though - does it make sense to pay extra 1.5-2k and go for CPO if you are buying a 2010? since it will still be under 4yr warranty for anther 2 years atleast and I am sure to sell it off before 2 years.

Was just wondering if it would be difficult to sell a non cpo car at a good price towards the end of 4yr warranty..

Most likely buyer would pay more attention to the car and condition/ if it has a clean title, or salvage title, I mean you can purchase extend warranty after, it would make
People more interest

I bought mine 5 days ago.
2009 335xi with 51000 miles, Black, Automatic, Premium Package + iNavi.
With extended warranty to 125000miles/72months ($3000)
I paid $35000 OTD.

I know its not a deal or anything but i bought this from Carmax so atleast i have a piece of mind buying a Used car that still worth 30 grands for the first time.
