only running 15 psi

sup guys well this is the story went upstate today and i was running my car i have FBO+meth 50/50 and i was boosting only 15psi when i have to be boosting 17-18 psi and my boy with a GTI= FBO with a ko4 turbo was taking me I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY MY CAR IS NOT HITTING 17-18 PSI IF ANY CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PLZ LET ME KNOW THX

Do a log and send it to your tuner dude. It seems like you have a new problem with your car every week..first meth then the cylinder misfire.
