'09 335i coupe pricing

found a low mileage '09 335i coupe in my area. it has sports, premium packages and navigation with 24k miles. color combo is kind of odd: alpine white with light grey interior. anyway, a BMW dealer is selling it, not a BMW CPO car but has clean carfax report. price is $32,999, is this reasonable?

I paid 28 out the door for an 07 with 28k miles.. Better interior but no nav. Same packages too. I'd try to talk em down a bit, but not baaaaad.
