For anyone who has used Capital One and needed a cashier's check (because the dealer wouldn't accept their blank check) how long did it take for Capital One to provide the cashier's check? I called them (applied for a loan but haven't accepted yet) and they said it takes 3 weeks -- but my car should be here in 9 or 10 days...
