Hassell BMW SAs

Hey guys,
Im made an appointment to look at my e92 335i at Hassell BMW this week. Can anyone recommend a service advisor? I have mild mods and dont want any problems when i get there. I was there a few times before and I was dealing with John Denise who was awesome but unfortunately he is no longer there.
Any info is appreciated

Don't bother with anyone else if he isn't there anymore. Try Dennis at Rallye.

you want some good advice? Never take your car to hassell. Take your car to Pace BMW in Port Chester, Pace BMW is one of the top dealers as rated by BMW. I highly suggest going there. Ask for Norbert!

+1 at hassel being a SHIT fucking service center. I went in for an Oil change the notorious N54 waste gate rattle to be fixed (which is not under CPO ><) as well as an annoying noise from the vents when accelerating sounds like a bad bearing on the blower motor. They couldnt figure it out but charged me the $129 hourly rate and $179 for the oil change never reset my reminder. Didnt even fill my washer fluid res. No wash. Nothing. Embarrassing. Rallye is the way to go. Ill be going there in the next couple weeks to get my car fixed properly as well as a few upgrades that i dont feel like doing myself. Ill post up a review afterwerds. Hassel is a bunch of liars and thieves. I will never go back there, not even to use there bathroom.

My car is at hassel right now for a wast gate rattle , they called me saying my fuel injectors were dirty so i told them they just did a recall on them his respond was idk . then he had the balls to say they might drop my cpo because my car was modded ( rims, exhaust ) so i told him my turbos were replaced a year ago and that they were still under warranty ,he responded by saying let me check will call u back.

i was SA for 2 different dealers. (actually almost took the job at hassel as well)
anyways.. injectors are dirty?? lolz. they are just trying to sell you a "injector cleaning service" which is equivalent to buying a $5 can from autozone and pouring it in your gas tank.
