Hey man how do the led fog lights work? Is it plug and play? Also what about the center hole is there a grill that goes there?

didnt had a chance to install, I dropped it at the shop to be paintet and decided to get a new car, tomorrow I'm picking the bumper up. previous owner said it was direct fit , nothing was needed to install it.
