If durability is in question, maybe top coat of Matte Acrylic Crystal Clear spray will prolong any possible peeling or flaking from everyday use.

Just a thought

plastidip is durable as fcuk... a lot of people use it on their grillz and it holds up great.

Yeah plasti dip is great, it would be kinda weird touching it all the time though.

just make sure your masking job is good and it should come out nicely! I did my trim and my antenna. Not the bottom chrome piece though.

i dipped the back of my ipad for more grip... it doesnt last very long, but it does the job

I painted my trim, but if I could redo it I would plastidip it as my grills are holding up better than the trim.
