I came out the gym from ballys, i see a white e92 parks next to me in the parking lot, long story short, as i get into the car, the driver is on the phone in his car and as he opens his door it slams into mine! and leaves a dent, good thing i was there when it happened, or else i dont think the dude would have admit it. Anyways anybody got any idea how much to fix this? or a good body shop in north jersey? thanks.

And i added some photos from happened last week LOL! Fucken People man! Bad enough you dont give a shit about other peoples car, but at least give a shit about your own car! Bally total fitness parking lot, thank god i parked more towards the fire lane!


UPDATE**

I took it to BMW to get a quote, and i was quoted 1400 to fix that dent LOL! The outsource to other bodyshops offcourse. So i called up the guy who hit me, and he asked nicely if i can take it to the shop that he recommends i said ok. So i took it there to get a estimate , i get to the bodyshop, and the shop owner said, its a piece of cake, we'll get it done in 1 day. And his quote was only 340 LOL. And in between bmw + this shop i took it to 2 other shops to get estimates, they all quoted around 500-650 with 3 days to fix. So i was pretty skeptical on what this owner said about 1 day to fix.
Anyways i took my car in yesterday morning, and just got it back right now, and i checked for everything, it was back to perfection, flawless i should say. The color matched 100% This shop did a real good job! I would recommend it, if any of you needs any type of bodywork on any cars. Englewood AutoBody.

The guy who hit my car, was a gentelman, and a stand up guy. he paid for the dmgs directly to the shop on friday before i took it in on monday. And was still apologzing to me about the whole thing.
So everything worked out perfect.

BMW ON BMW crimes. That's the worst spot possible to get a ding because the crease. He seems like he's used to this with his 2 door dings.

Ask a PDR guy first if not I really like a shop here in Kearny. Let me know if you want the info.

wow thats so fucking funny same shit happen to me yesterday and it was right on the crease same problem paint chipped how can i fix who do i contact i have the girls photo id and license plate number and also her insurance card she claims she never did it

i got the same car as you also black same shit e90 no i got her info from the lady she hit on the other side she hit me and the other ladys side so i got all the info from the other lady she hit what do u think i should do

The idiot couldn't get off the phone still? did you have the cops come? Similar story happened to my buddy in his black e90 but there was no damage and this toddler opened the door so you couldn't be really angry with the kid. The mother asked if there was any damage and thank god there wasn't my buddy came out all hard and mad. lol

initially when it happend, he got off the phone. He kept saying sorry and he didnt wanna go through insurance, he ask me to go get some estimates and he was gonna pay me. And no i didnt call the cops, the guy goes to my gym, i got all his info. But still sucks :/

Happened to me once and I made sure to call the police to have a police report done. The girl didn't want it to go through her insurance but the police showed up and she had to provide the info to me. She kept on stalling so I decided to file directly with her insurance. Call the girl's insurance company and provide photos. Hopefully you took photos when it happened?

Go to the cops and see if you can file a report anyways. The entire "don't want to go through my insurance" thing is BS. Odds are he is trying to delay you. You will get screwed. Hopefully it's not too late. Not trying to be a pessimist here, but same crap happened to me, same insurance speech. I gave the old guy 4 days and then he questioned my estimate and said I was trying to rip him off, ten I went to is insurance and they settled. It's the a'holes fault for opening his door and YOU have to be imposed upon? F' that!

I'd highly recommend that you file a police report. I was a similar situation before and good thing my friend in the car had an aunt that was lawyer.
