2007 335i Sedan Black outside, Black interior with 45k miles

-options: Sports package, Premium package, Navigation (No parking sensor)
-warranty: Extended CPO warranty until 100,000miles

Price is offered $20,000
Is that fair enough? or should I ask a bit lower price?
It's a second owned car with no accidents (Clean carfax title)
The first owner owned this car as a lease and turned it back to the dealer.

What do you guys think?
