So after a long search i finally found a manual transmission 335i in NJ. Following up to my previous post i had a 06 325i that is probably totaled due to hitting a deer. So my body shop is confident that my car is def totaled (pending insurance to give the final say). So with that being said I decided to start looking for the E90 I truely since i settled with the 325i when I bought it since it was more affordable than 335i. So here is the car i found tell me what you guys think.

CPO Until June 2015

Car Sticker Price: 33,500

The sales guy at the dealer said he would talk to his sales manager but he was confident he can get the car to 32,000.

What do you guys think?

That price is kinda high. I bought my 2010 335i xdrive with all options except sports package with 23k miles for $32,000 and it was cpo. Which dealer is this car at?

You really think its high? I KBBed it and it came up with 33K and the book value

I was just really excited to find one in MT. I looked at every dealer in NJ and this is the only 335 i found CPO that is MT

There was a 335i E92 6MT at BMW Atlantic City two days ago. Don't know if its still there or not...

Westchester is pretty out of the way for me lol. Ill keep it in mind just in case this doesn't work out.

One of the benefits of it being at Flemington BMW is I bought 2 other cars from them (my original 325i and leased a new 238i for my girl). So when I saw the car today the guy said he has no problem holding the car for a week or two until shit settles out with my insurance company. He even said he wont need a deposit cause they know if i say i want it im good for it.

32k sounds decent especially given how rare 6MT sedans are. (Ive been looking for a clean 07-08 335i sedan for months now in 6MT form.) If you like the car go for it

just bought 2008 335i sedan M/T 33k miles with sport and premium package in Linden NJ for $26k(black on black). couldnt be happier!

Dude thats an amazing price for 335xi and 6mt. EXTREMELY RARE.
I couldn't find one with CPO so I had to order a new one.

Ya i know...

i was pretty sold on it when i test drove it. Doing like 70 down old county roads taking curves (with the dealership sales person encouraging me)

That all wheel drive and sport suspension handles like a dream.

For what it's worth I noticed prices at Flemington BMW and what was Hunterdon BMW in Lebanon were overpriced. I don't think 32k is that bad.

What color is it and where was it? I'm going there Monday I'll check it out.

IM going to try to work out the details with the salesman between today and tomorrow. If it works out they are going to store it for me until the insurance stuff works out and im ready to pick it up

Who are you dealing with at Flemington? I bought my 08 335i e90 from there. I didn't haggle, I was good with the price so it didn't take us long to get a deal done (took some $$$ off). Really good experience there.

BUT, did the sales manager say he'd hold the car without a deposit? I wouldn't take a sales guy's word for it. There are a bunch of other folks there selling cars. You'll get the deposit back if you decide not to buy, I'd put one down if I were you since you're having such a hard time finding a similar car.

Yea i talked to the sales guy today (Jan Michael is my sales guy) and i put a 1,000 deposit on the car just to be save.

Once i hear confirmation from my insurance company that the car is totaled (which should be monday) then i can go along with the sale
