Getting rid of lease
Hi,
I recently leased a 328 coupe in April that now has 2900 km on it. My living situation has changed and no longer need the car. My question is how is the best way to go about getting rid of a lease without losing a large amount of money? I have heard of leaseswap or something like that in the US but I live in Canada and am not sure if something like that exists. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

I would try posting it on swapalease.com--I think those sites have a pretty good track record (but have never used it myself).
You could also post it on the marketplace page on this forum.

Not sure about Canada. Here in the US, BMWFS has to approve the new leasee and I think there is a transfer fee.
What's the payment? Annual mileage?
