Yes, the Quaife LSD is a night and day difference on the track. Even for street use the difference is noticeable. No sense in adding power mods until you have an LSD.
The Rogue toe arms prevent any changes in toe in the rear under acceleration. The stock ones are non-adjustable. They are a good investment for a 335i owner.
