Service Problem...
My car is due for service and I just moved to Atlanta so I haven't taken it to any particular dealer yet. I called Nalley BMW last week and was transfered to a Service advisor's desk and left a Voicemail with my phone # for the Service advisor to call me back. My call was never returned. I tried the online submission form for service a few days ago and was never contacted. Call back today, get the receptionist, she says all service advisors are busy and I leave my name and number again, telling her i'm upset my call has not been returned. I am have heard this is the best dealer for service in the Atlanta area. Is this the kind of service I should expect? Anyone have any advice?

Not that I have any experience with Atlanta dealers, but I have heard many times in this forum that BMW of South Atlanta is excellent. Maybe some other members can comment on this?

if its just maintenance service why dont you just go to the dealer and wait on it...

because I need a progman update and from what i hear that takes all day... Not to mention its the principle behind it. I mean, if I they aren't competent enough to call me back, do I really want them working on my car?
