I'm right there with you, plus an NSX should be RWD with a v-tec 6 cylinder screamer. I need to see more of it though.

Have you seen the new RL? Just be happy it looks as nice as it does.

I'm happy with the design but not the drivetrain/engine.

All you've seen is a clay model mock up. Wait until it goes through engineering design where it needs to meet crash regulations, etc., then make a jugement.

I like the design just fine, what I dont care for is the lack of power. A small, high winding V8 would have got my attention more so.

I don't think it looks all that bad. Who knows what it will look like when it's ready for sale in 2-3 years. I remain hopeful!

I just feel it doesn't look like a head-turner like the original NSX was. The original NSX looked and played the part with the big boys and super cars. It always got my attention whenever I saw one on the road. Plus, Mr. Wolf drove one: "That's about 30 minutes away....I'll be there in 10."

I don't think the new NSX would probably get a second glance by me if I saw one on the road.

It could end up being something like the R8 that, to me, looks boring in photos but menacing and imposing on the road.

This car won't give supercars a run for their money, as the supercars are now light years ahead of anything Acura is capable of doing, e.g. the 458. So you are left with a car that costs the same as a Aston Martin Vantage or an R8.

Who wants an Acura when you get an Aston Martin for the same price?

Completly wrong! If the R8 is a head turner, the NSX will also be one. The best part is that you'll be able to drive an NSX daily as fuel consumption will be low for its performance.

Agreed. I think it's an underwhelming design.

Lol wtfs? NSX's were $80-90k cars. MSRP for an NSX in 2005 was $92k.

I love the new design, I wish I could buy one!
I also love the old one though, loved my RSX club days when the NSX guys used to join us for meets.

Always a sexy car, glad to see it come back to life.

Here is a video I took during the Toronto Autoshow:

The original NSX would have been world beater then if they would have amped up the power. It was to underpowered for what they offered(looks wise and suspension). Now the last generation car is a somewhat rare novelty but not held on a pedestal, if it had a real powerplant the car would be a much sought after iconic sports car.
The new car is following in those footsteps I think.
