30,000 miles 50k/warranty
Black interior
Located in South Florida, this car has everything but navigation and cold weather package. Only mods done is tinted window and OSS headlights but the will be off the car in a couple days. The interior is in perfection condition and exterior is great minor defects. Non-smoker and most miles were on the highway. Reason for selling is I need four doors and want the new 3 series. Please no low balls already got a trade in price. Regular serviced at Vista BMW.

Has anyone ever sold a car on eBay? Someone sent offer but he is out of state and i just think its weird that he wouldnt contact me first. Is he trying to scam?

eBay offers a lot of protection. I bought my car out of state but from a dealer. If you put everything in writing regarding him being responsible for shipping costs and how long he has to pay in full it should be fine.

I would only be concerned if they are a brand new member with no feedback.

The thing is he a great feedback, but he wont answer any emails. The offer is very close to my minimum and thats I would like to talk to him. Its only been a day since he sent me the offer maybe I'm just being impatient.
