Saw your car as well and fits my criteria almost perfectly but it's too far out and warranty is a big concern =/

You have to expand your search in order to find a e92 nav stick. Ive been looking for a while and they are not easy to find.

Warranty and maintenance work isn't a problem and I'm still eligible for extended warranty I believe. I usually just take off the tune just to be safe but so far I haven't gotten any complaints about mods. Mods can also be taken off if needed.

Yeah it took me forever to find mine when I bought it. The car is available for the time being btw

Your car is everything I want except for the fact that there's no more warranty and you're located on the other side of the country. Otherwise I'd probably pick it up from you. Good luck with the sale - shouldn't be too difficult seeing how rare your car is.
