Ordering Blackline taillights in ED

Is it possible to order your car for Euro Delivery with Blackline lights already built into the rear? It's a US car, but since its a BMW part #, is it possible? This would save me the step of having to do it myself once it gets here.

No they won't do the accessories that's why you can't get the spoiler or alarm in Munich either.

I don't know why seems strange.
