Help: Is this a quality used 335i

I've been looking for a 335i MT with the sport package for about a month. Its been hard to find one thats a MT with the right color combo and packages. That said I like this car but I worry that the aftermarket shift knob and pedals are a sign this car was driven hard... Any thoughts?

That is the ZHP shift knob, I just put mine on today. I don't think it will mean it was driven hard, just the owner enjoyed driving it. And those pedals, trashy. Belongs on a Civic, if you get it take those off asap. 335s are gonna cost money, they arn't as solid as the yee old NA straight six associated with BMW but theyre fun.

I want to get the extended warranty offered, but I don't want to inherit problems either. The less time it spends in the shop the better

I plan to buy an extended warranty which I think will be until 100k unless its the dealers private warranty.. After I will most likely get a 3rd party warranty.

What can I expect to need repairs around that mileage? Obviously brakes might be an issue and suspension hopefully has plenty of life unless it was driven hard. What else? I know the high pressure fuel pump is a common issue people have

Cool, then it will be alright, the car looks not bad.

I planing mod my 335i so I've got everything checked and problem fixed before warranty expires.

Get a PPI, make sure they check the suspension. It's probably fine, but shocks, bushings, tie rods, etc wear out over time. Always good to double check!

It has 70k miles, and look at that flawless interior! This is a good bet. I've never seen the seats to be so neat and new after even 20k miles on the car. That's amazing. The interior condition of a car always portrays how it was either used or abused overall. This clearly states a great example. Although just that 70k is a scary figure.

I dont know how that was possible to keep seats wrinkle free after 70k miles. My seats didnt look like that after 45k miles. and i am not fat. car looks ridiculously clean, but a bit over priced. but of course you pay for excellent condition and 6-speed (autos are cheaper). good deal would be 21k maybe

That is because the seats are leatherette. Which do not get as wrinkled as real leather.

I didn't know that.... so what the point of buying more expensive Dakota leather if leatherette doesn't age at all. I always read otherwise here, that leather will last much longer

Real leather breathes better. I have leatherette and during the summer my back gets more sweaty than when it did when I had real leather.
